Barack Ford Moment

Biden was right, Barack will be tested very early in his presidency by foreign powers. The test however will not come form terrorists or rogue nations, but overzealous western nations. Imagine a scenario where Dick Cheney goes to Davos, or W heads to some conference in Africa, but on the way they are arrested for charges of war crimes, which have been sitting at the Hague as sealed incitements for violations of the Geneva Convention.
Barack might implement a truth and reconciliation process but this has the very real threat of bogging down his administration to such a degree that nothing else can be done. A Gerald Ford (God rest his soul for doing the right thing) redux.
He must find a way to release the pressure that the world feels for justice and truth, while protecting the exact people he so has so vociferously denounced for their actions, as barbaric and borderline illegal as they are.
Ironically Obama's first act as head of state may have to be as advocate for the pervayers of evil that he so strongly opposed.
